Terms and Conditions

Unimatix is a connected workspace for freelancers, companies, and small businesses. It includes Discover, Proposals, Planner, Client Portal, billing, and optional integrations such as Google Calendar and WhatsApp classification.

We may add, change, or remove features. We will try to avoid disrupting paid workspaces, but we do not guarantee that any feature will remain available in the same form.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password and sign-in methods confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including teammates you invite.

One person or organisation may not create accounts to evade bans, trials, or plan limits.

You retain ownership of projects, clients, proposals, files, and other content you put in Unimatix (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, and back up that content only to provide the service.

You must have the right to store Client data (names, emails, WhatsApp messages, briefs) in Unimatix. You are responsible for your relationship with your clients and for what you publish on a client portal link.

We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing, or that threatens the security of the service.

You may not use Unimatix to break the law, send spam, attack systems, scrape the product, reverse engineer it except as allowed by law, or interfere with other customers.

You may not upload malware, or use integrations to access WhatsApp, Google, or other third-party accounts you do not control.

Plan limits (clients, seats, Co-Worker usage) apply. Circumventing limits or sharing one paid seat as a public login is not allowed.

Paid plans are priced in Indian Rupees (INR). Current list prices are on unimatix.io/pricing: Basic ₹99/month, Pro ₹600/month, Premium ₹800/month, and Founding Studio ₹7,000/year while spots remain. Annual billing on Basic, Pro, and Premium is 10 × the monthly price.

New paid subscriptions start with a 2-day trial. At checkout Razorpay captures ₹2 as a real setup charge — it is not a temporary card hold and we do not void it after verification. The ₹2 is a separate line item from the first plan charge.

After the trial, Razorpay charges the plan amount (Basic ₹99/month by default, or the plan you chose) unless you cancel before that debit.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not store full card numbers. Taxes (including GST) may be added where required.

The ₹2 setup charge and plan fees are generally non-refundable except where Indian law requires a refund or we decide a refund is fair (for example a duplicate capture). Founding Studio is limited to the first 50 studios and is not transferable.

We may change prices for a future billing period. We will show the new price in Billing before it applies. We may suspend a workspace for failed payments after reasonable notice.

Optional connections (Google sign-in, Google Calendar, Microsoft, GitHub, WhatsApp) are provided by those companies. Their terms apply when you connect them.

You can disconnect an integration in the product. We are not responsible for outages or data loss at those providers.

Unimatix, the unimatix.io site, our logos, and the software are owned by Symfor or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer that ownership.

You may not copy, resell, or offer Unimatix as your own product.

We will treat Customer Content as confidential and use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You will treat any non-public Unimatix information (for example unreleased features) as confidential.

We aim to keep Unimatix available but do not promise uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control may cause downtime.

Support is provided at hello@unimatix.io. Priority support applies only on plans that include it.

Unimatix is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI or Co-Worker suggestions will be accurate, or that it will meet a particular business result.

You remain responsible for your proposals, invoices, client communications, and professional work. Unimatix is a tool, not a substitute for your judgement or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Symfor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or lost clients.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of these Terms or Unimatix in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for Unimatix in that period, or ₹5,000 if you are on a free plan. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law (for example fraud or personal injury).

You will indemnify Symfor against claims arising from your Customer Content, your clients, your misuse of Unimatix, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

You may stop using Unimatix and cancel a paid plan from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise at checkout.

We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or material breach. After closure we may delete Customer Content after a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal retention.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. If you continue to use Unimatix after an update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and cancel billing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Before filing a claim, email hello@unimatix.io and allow 30 days to try to resolve the issue.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for use of Unimatix. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in a merger or sale of the business.

A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
